De ar fi s\u0103 g\u0103sim r\u0103spuns la \u00eentrebarea \u201cDe ce?\u201d o serie de nevoi, probleme, subiecte inabordate ori sfaturi neacordate contureaz\u0103 contextul alegerilor care \u00een multe situa\u021bii \u00eei conduc pe tineri \u00een deriv\u0103. Plec\u00e2nd de la nevoia tinerilor de \u201ca ajunge cineva\u201d am dezvoltat DREAMER METHOD ori METODA VIS\u0102TORULUI, utiliz\u00e2nd ca modalitate de reflectare puterea grupului. \u00cen acest sens, activitatea de multiplicare a rezultatelor proiectului EDU 2 derulat\u0103 \u00een data de 13 Februarie \u00een cadrul Centrului de Tineret FORTES a reunit la aceea\u0219i mas\u0103 rotunda mai bine de 20 de voluntari, elevi al C.N. Al. Vlahuta \u0219i L.T. \u0218tefan cel Mare, al\u0103turi de echipa de coordonare a Asocia\u021biei de Tineret ONIX.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Scopul \u00eent\u00e2lnirii a fost acela de a identifica meseriile<\/b> la care tinerii aspir\u0103 \u0219i de a demonstra aplicabilitatea acestora prinn intermediul unei metode non-formale ale c\u0103rei resurse principale au fost: dialogul, schimbul de experien\u021be \u0219i informa\u021bii \u0219i viziunile acestora. Mai bine spus, cu pu\u021bin\u0103 dorin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i deschidere c\u0103tre implicare, fiecare t\u00e2n\u0103r \u0219i-a putut descoperi locul dovedindu-\u0219i la finalul metodei, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 aplicabilitatea meseriei propuse \u0219i o alt\u0103 latur\u0103, demonstrat\u0103 de caracterul flexibil al propriilor aspira\u021bii pe fondul procesului ce \u00een educa\u021bia non-formal\u0103 \u0219i voluntariat poart\u0103 numele IE\u0218IRII DIN ZONA DE CONFORT! Odat\u0103 ce au \u00een\u021beles contextual \u0219i structura metodei, din dorin\u021ba de a fi parte din desf\u0103\u0219urarea ei, tinerii au dezvoltat o nou\u0103 competen\u021b\u0103 deosebit de important\u0103 \u0219i anume: ADAPTABILITATEA.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><b>\u00cen c\u00e2teva cuvinte, derularea metodei a constat \u00een urm\u0103torii pa\u0219i:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><b>1. Prezentarea de c\u0103tre Formatorul<\/b> Rotea Emilian a con\u021binutului metodei, scopului \u0219i obiectivelor acesteia precum \u0219i a rezultatelor a\u0219teptate;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><b>2. Brainstorming \u00een cadrul c\u0103ruia fiecare voluntar <\/b>a avut ocazia de a nota pe o foaie de flipchart meseria la care viseaz\u0103 \u0219i de a argumenta de ce a ales-o \u00een c\u00e2teva cuvinte;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><b>3. Teambuilding \u00een cadrul c\u0103ruia tinerii<\/b> au fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi \u00een 4 echipe de lucru av\u00e2nd sarcina de a prioritiza \u0219i alege 4 meserii din totalul celor 20 propuse (fiecare t\u00e2n\u0103r propun\u00e2nd o meserie). Cele 4 meserii alese au fost: Procuror, Psiholog, Pilot de avion \u0219i Avocat;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><b>4. Workshop \u2013 lucru \u00een echip\u0103 pentru<\/b> a crea un context \u0219i un scenariu care s\u0103 demonstreze caracterul \u201cde succes\u201d al meseriei alese pe baza unor \u00eentreb\u0103ri care s\u0103 \u00eencadreze scenariul creat: &#8211; De ce este meseria aleas\u0103 de succes? Care sunt avantajele \u0219i dezavantajele precum \u0219i riscurile meseriei? Profilul moral \u0219i profesional al t\u00e2n\u0103rului \u00een aceesarea meseriei? Obstacolele ce pot fi \u00eent\u00e2mpinate? Etapele \u0219i studiile pe care un t\u00e2n\u0103r trebuie s\u0103 le parcurg\u0103? Al\u021bi pa\u0219i importan\u021bi;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><b>5. Workshop \u2013 crearea unei scenete<\/b> care s\u0103 aduc\u0103 \u00een prim plan imaginea meseriei alese \u00eentr-un context de succes;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><b>6. Prezentarea Scenetei<\/b> fa\u021ba celorlalte echipe;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>7. Realizarea prezent\u0103rii elementelor<\/b> fundamentale ale meseriei alese, a Scenariului creat;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><b>8.
